Nailz Policy


DEPOSIT: 

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are a "no-show."


REFUND:

Any client who feels that Nailz did not met their expectations must return within five days after service. If the service does not meet Nailz standards, we will fix the service received free of charge.


CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE:

All appointments must be cancelled 12 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a no-show fee.

This will also allow us to fill your spot with another appointment. 


TARDINESS: 

Depending on our appointment schedule, we may not be able to provide a service or or your appointment service time will be adjusted to ensure we stay on schedule if you are more than 15 minutes late You may be subject to a no-show fee.


NO SHOW:

Appointments are considered "no-show" if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and have not contacted us to let us know your running late.

If you are a no-show for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service booked to the credit card on file.
