A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are a "no-show."
Any client who feels that Nailz has not met their expectations must return within five days after service. If the service does not meet Nailz standards, we will fix your nails free of charge.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a late fee.
This will also allow us to fill your spot with another appointment.
Depending on our appointment schedule, we may not be able to provide a service if you are more than 15 minutes late, and you may be subject to a late fee.
Appointments are considered "no-show" if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and have not contacted us to let us know your running late.
If you are a no-show for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service booked to the credit card on file.
